Work result
SCR, DPF and EGR solutions are available for Zoomlion 540 applications equipped with the Cummins CM2350A control unit. Processing is performed according to the software version, engine configuration and aftertreatment setup.
The workflow covers the relevant SCR, DPF and EGR calibration areas, diagnostic strategy, and torque- and load-related checks. Checksum correction and file integrity validation are completed after modification.
Supported formats include .bin, .ori and .hex. Calibration work uses XCAL, Calterm 4 and WinOLS with DAMOS or Mappack. Every file is checked individually before delivery. Remote processing normally takes 10 to 120 minutes.
